A blend of restorative and somatic yoga: This class is designed to help you regulate the nervous system and cultivate peace of mind. Surround yourself with candlelight, ambient lighting and meditative music as we shift from slow stretches to supported poses. Some poses are held for 3-5 minutes, often incorporating the use of blankets, bolsters and blocks. (Props available at the studio)

chair-based fitness program that strengthens the body and mind using props like balls, light weights, and resistance bands, to improve strength, mobility, and balance through functional fitness. Strength & Balance workouts may also incorporate some optional standing exercises to work on balance. These exercises can almost always be done seated for those who are not comfortable standing or using the chair as a tool for balance.

Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In our Vinyasa classes, we will flow smoothly from posture to posture, with great focus on movement combined with the power of inhalation and exhalation. This slow and mindful flow of postures may include more strength postures than our Gentle or Align and Slow Flow classes but modifications will be offered to suit all practice levels. Join this class to re-energize your body and balance your energy.
